Service Description
Academic preparation matters, but students also need practical skills for everyday life. This interactive virtual workshop focuses on time management, communication, self-advocacy, decision-making, organization, goal setting, and personal responsibility. Students will identify areas for growth and leave with realistic steps they can practice at home, at school, and in preparation for adulthood. Designed for students in grades 8–12 and their parent or guardian. Families from all educational settings are welcome. Registration is $27.99 per family and includes one student and one parent or guardian. Participants will learn how to compare pathways, identify important next steps, and begin creating a plan that reflects the student’s individual interests, strengths, and goals.
